Living Geeta is a behavioral transformation platform powered by the Bhagavad Gita. Our services include:

• Guidance by Krishna for personalized spiritual guidance
• Guna assessment and personality profiling
• Structured transformation programs with daily tasks
• Trigger intervention and emotional management tools
• Reflection journaling and lifestyle tracking

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Living Geeta may offer free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees cover the cost of development, hosting, and maintenance of the platform
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Guidance by Krishna feature to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or disrespectful to any religion or spiritual tradition

The Bhagavad Gita verses are part of humanity's shared spiritual heritage. However:

• Our translations, interpretations, commentary, and curated content are original works
• The platform's design, code, branding, and user interface are proprietary
• AI-generated guidance is provided for personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed
• You retain ownership of your personal data, reflections, and journal entries

Guidance by Krishna provides spiritual guidance based on Bhagavad Gita teachings. Please note:

• This feature is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Responses are generated to guide your spiritual journey and may not always be perfectly accurate
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services
• The platform is designed for spiritual growth and self-improvement, not clinical treatment

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Any content you submit through the platform (reflections, journal entries, messages) must:

• Be respectful and appropriate
• Not contain hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language
• Not infringe on any third party's rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
